SignBuddy

An AI-assisted document signing SaaS — draft with an agent, manage agreements in a dark dashboard, and move from draft to signature without losing the thread.

The challenge

Teams still bounce between Word, email, and e-sign tools. Drafting a contract and getting it signed should feel like one product, not three tabs.

AI in documents fails when it dumps text without structure — people need placeholders, review, and a calm path to signature.

How we built it

We designed an agent-assisted editor beside the document canvas, then a dark operations dashboard for status, recipients, and billing.

The landing surface explains the job in plain language; the product UI stays focused on draft → review → sign.

What shipped

SignBuddy presents document AI as a usable SaaS loop: create, manage, and move agreements without losing context.

A reference for how we ship AI SaaS — workflow first, model second.
